Delivery terms and conditions
Rules applicable to the shipping and delivery of orders
Place of delivery
Shipping address
Orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process.
Delivery times
Indicative nature and maximum period
The delivery times shown on the website are indicative only and may vary depending on the following factors:
- Carrier
- Destination
- Promotional periods
- Logistical factors
- External circumstances
Without prejudice to the provisions of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, Viva Saudável undertakes to deliver the products within a maximum period of 30 days from payment confirmation.

Transfer of risk
Moment when risk passes to the customer
The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer at the moment of delivery.
Delivery is deemed to have taken place at the moment the order is made available at the address indicated by the customer or at the chosen pick-up point.
Inspection at the moment of delivery
Customer's obligations
The customer must check the condition of the order at the moment of delivery and report any visible damage.
Product availability
Unavailability situations
The fulfilment of all orders placed through the website is subject to product availability.
In case of unavailability
In case of unavailability, even if temporary, Viva Saudável will inform the customer and refund the amounts paid, where applicable.
Limitation of liability
Situations for which Viva Saudável is not liable
Viva Saudável shall not be liable for:
- Delays attributable to carriers or third parties
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
These conditions are set out in clause 8 (Delivery and Shipping) of Viva Saudável's Terms and Conditions and must be interpreted together with the other provisions of the contract, in particular those relating to product availability, liability and the right of withdrawal.
