Psyllium Intensive is a powerful powder that combines BioCare's proprietary LAB4 bacteria with psyllium husk fibers and fructooligosaccharides (F.O.S.). It also includes prunes, burdock and apple pectin. Mix easily with water to make a drink taste pleasant.
How to Use: A full spoon (approx. 10g) mixed in 200ml of water and taken daily with food or according to a doctor's prescription.
