i) Customer Management, since Netnatura is dedicated to the sale of food supplements and cosmetics. Personal data collected for this purpose will be kept for five years of inactivity.
ii) Marketing or telemarketing, Netnatura may process the personal data collected to send the respective owner information about products and services marketed by it that is of interest to the customer. This processing of personal data will only be carried out with the express consent of the holder, provided in particular through an online purchase, an online account through the website, or by subscribing to our newsletter. If you consent, you will receive marketing communications via email, post, telephone and/or SMS.
iii) Definition of profiles, Netnatura, Lda performs the definition Initiation of profiles based on information related to purchases made in our physical store and/or in our online store, as well as the use of the customer card, recording the products purchased, amounts paid, date and time, as well as the location of acquisition. The information collected is analyzed to identify your consumption profile, allowing Netnatura, Lda to improve its offer, plan its communication and manage the customer card, sending personalized information appropriate to the profile of each customer.
The personal data collected will also be processed to respond to questions, suggestions or complaints submitted by the respective holder to Netnatura, Lda.
7. Sharing or Transferring Personal Data
