Thorne's Metabolic Health combines two well-researched extracts that have been used in traditional Eastern and Western botanical medicine for centuries.
The extracts are present as phytosomes. Phytosome technology combines plant extracts with phospholipids (the main component of cell membranes) and ensures better absorption and bioavailability.
How to use: Take 2 capsules twice a day with water, unless otherwise advised.
