DIM-Evail™ provides 100 mg of Di-Indolyl Methane (DIM) per softgel. DIM is one of the plant indoles found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower. Due to its crystalline structure, DIM is only minimally absorbed when taken orally. Therefore, the proprietary Evail™ process is used in its manufacture, which is said to increase the rate of absorption of DIM and reduce the absorption time.
