Sulforaphane glucosinolate (SGS) is a natural substance extracted from the seeds and sprouts of selected varieties of broccoli. It is an indirect antioxidant that provides long-lasting cellular protection against free radical damage. When Thorne's Crucera-SGS is ingested it starts to break down in the intestine, it releases sulforaphane, activating the body's natural detoxifying and antioxidant enzymes and protecting cells from free radical damage for several days. Each capsule of Thorne's Crucera-SGS is equivalent to eating two pounds of cooked broccoli.

How to use: 1 capsule one a day or according to medical prescription.
