Excelente qualidade! O efeito é quase imediato, eu abro a cápsula coloco numa colher e adiciono algumas gotas de água; desta forma absorve na boca. O sabor é adocicado. Methyl B12 não é indicado para todos, mas para quem precisa de Methyl, é uma excelente qualidade. As cápsulas são muito pequeninas e fáceis de tomar, para quem não tem problemas de absorção no estômago.
