Allergies and Rhinitis

Supplements for Allergies and Rhinitis

The Allergies and Rhinitis collection brings together supplements associated with seasonal comfort, balanced immune response, and respiratory well-being. It includes products with quercetin, vitamin C, NAC, propolis, histamine, plant extracts, and formulas designed for periods of increased environmental sensitivity.

This category was created for those seeking natural support during pollen seasons, seasonal changes, respiratory sensitivity, or seasonal nasal discomfort. Organisation by objective makes it easier to choose between antioxidant nutrients, immune formulas, and respiratory support products.

When choosing, check ingredients, dosage, and possible interactions. Persistent allergies, asthma, intense symptoms, antihistamine use, or regular medication should be monitored by a healthcare professional. Supplements do not replace prescribed therapy.

Perguntas frequentes

What is quercetin?
It is a flavonol, a compound belonging to the flavonoid family, naturally present in foods such as onions, unpeeled apples, capers, broccoli, tea, and red berries. Capers are the most concentrated known food source. In supplements, it appears isolated or in forms complexed with phospholipids — the designation phytosome refers to this type of preparation.
What is histamine?
It is a compound produced by the body itself and stored in cells called mast cells. When released, it participates in the immune response and is responsible for signs such as vasodilation and increased vessel permeability. It is also present in some foods, especially fermented or cured ones.
Can I take supplements if I am already on antihistamines or other medication?
Do not interrupt or alter prescribed medication on your own initiative. Some ingredients have described interactions – echinacea, as a plant with described activity on the immune system, deserves particular attention in those with autoimmune disease or who are undergoing immunosuppression.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking this supplement. Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients in the formulation, or when interactions between another product and any of its constituents are described. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
