Six steps to complete your order
Find your products
Browse the site categories or use the search bar to find the product you want. Each product page includes a description, composition, usage instructions and warnings.
Add to cart
Select the desired quantity and click "Add to cart". You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. The cart lets you change quantities or remove items at any time.
Create an account or sign in
To complete your purchase, a Viva Saudável account is required. You can create a new account in seconds, or sign in if you are already a customer.
- New account: provide your email and choose a password
- Existing customer: enter your email and password
Fill in delivery and billing details
Enter the delivery address, the name for the invoice and, if you wish, your tax ID (NIF) so that it appears on the fiscal document. Also select the shipping method available for your area.
Have a discount code? Enter it in the corresponding checkout field so the amount is deducted automatically before payment.
Choose your payment method
Select the payment method that suits you best: card (VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), MB WAY, Multibanco reference, Payshop or bank transfer. Confirm the order and its payment.
The invoice is issued automatically once payment is confirmed and sent to your email.
Receive your order
Once payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and dispatched. Throughout the process you will receive emails with status updates.
