Under Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, you have a period of 14 days to freely withdraw from the contract, with no need to give any reason.

The period starts on the day the goods are received. Where several goods are ordered in a single order and delivered separately, the period starts on the day the last item is received.

1. Notify your decision to geral@vivasaudavel.pt by means of an unequivocal statement, within 14 days of receipt.
2. Return the products within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal.
3. Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless legally provided otherwise.
4. You will receive the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their shipment, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Returned products must cumulatively meet the following requirements:

• Be in perfect condition
• Include the original packaging
• Show no signs of use beyond what is needed for mere inspection of the product

Under article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, in particular, in the following cases:

• Supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
• Supply of goods which, after delivery and by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items
• Supply of personalised products
• Supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of loss of the right of withdrawal

The refund is issued through the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

All products on sale benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Decree-Law no. 84/2021, of 18 October.
