Folate in its active form (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (Quatrefolic®), 400 µg per capsule. Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, normal psychological function, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Composition

Daily dose (1 capsule): 400μg (200%*) Folic acid (as (6S) 5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine, Quatrefolic®).

Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate.

Does not contain: Gluten, lactose, artificial flavours, artificial colouring, nuts, GMOs, and preservatives.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water (at least 200ml) before a meal.
