L-carnosine is a dipeptide composed of beta-alanine and histidine, naturally present in tissues such as muscle and brain. Each vegetable capsule provides 500 mg of pure L-carnosine, without unnecessary additives.

Composition

Daily dose (2 capsules): 1000mg of L-Carnosine.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules daily with plenty of water (at least 200 ml), preferably before main meals (1 capsule per meal).
