Magnesium in the form of acetyl taurate, a compound of magnesium with taurine. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Composition

Daily dose (1 capsule): 750mg of Magnesium acetyl taurate (of which 45mg (12%*) of Magnesium).

Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate.

Does not contain: GMOs, soy, artificial flavours, gluten, lactose, artificial colouring and preservatives.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water (at least 200 ml), preferably before one of the evening meals.
