Vitamin B6 in the active form pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P), 40 mg per capsule. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Composition

Daily dose (1 capsule): 40mg pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate, corresponding to 27mg (1928%*) of vitamin B6.

Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable).

Does not contain: Gluten, lactose, artificial flavours, GMOs, soy, artificial colouring and preservatives.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water (at least 200 ml), preferably before the main meal.
