Wild Yam Plus 500mg

Wild Yam (Dioscorea villosa) root extract standardised to 20% diosgenin, with vitamin E and zinc. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and vitamin E to the protection of cells from undesirable oxidation.

Composition

Daily dose (2 capsules): 1000mg wild yam root extract (of which 200mg diosgenin), 12mg (100%*) vitamin E and 12mg (120%*) zinc.

Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).

Does not contain: Gluten, lactose, artificial flavours, GMOs, soy, artificial colouring and preservatives.

Directions for use

Take 2 capsules daily with plenty of water (at least 200ml), preferably before main meals.
