✅ Potent support for Phase I and II detoxification
✅ Gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free, and non-GMO — Thorne's clinical quality
S.A.T.® combines three botanicals with a long tradition of use. Silybin phytosome is the main active constituent of silymarin, extracted from the fruit of milk thistle (Silybum marianum), presented in a complex with sunflower phospholipids to improve its absorption by the body. Milk thistle is one of the most studied plants in the context of supporting liver well-being in traditional European medicine. Artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus) is another botanical with a strong presence in Mediterranean tradition, usually associated with digestive support, bile production, and liver balance. Curcumin phytosome is obtained from the root of turmeric (Curcuma longa) in a complex with sunflower phospholipids, one of the plants with the greatest tradition of use in Ayurvedic and European medicine for general and digestive well-being. All phospholipids used in this formula are from sunflower — soy-free.
Excipients are hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule (vegetable cellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, leucine, and silicon dioxide — all of vegetable or mineral origin.

FAQs
S.A.T.® is a botanical formula containing silybin phytosome (milk thistle), artichoke extract and curcumin phytosome. It can support daily liver well-being and digestive balance, being especially relevant for those who want to integrate botanical support for the liver and digestion into a consistent wellness routine.
It can be useful for those who wish to support liver well-being in contexts of exposure to environmental factors, occasional alcohol consumption, long-term medication use, or irregular eating habits. Individuals with hepatic steatosis (fatty liver), cholestasis, irritable bowel syndrome with a fat maldigestion component, or those who want to support liver metabolism preventively, may find it beneficial — always as a complement to medical follow-up.
A phytosome is a complex formed by binding a botanical extract to phospholipids (in this case, sunflower), which can promote the integration of the compound by the body compared to the conventional uncomplexed botanical extract. It is a technology developed to optimize the availability of botanical compounds.
