Natural Coenzyme Q10 with MCT and Vitamin C — HOLOSNUTRITION®
100% vegan formula with 60 vegetable capsules in a glass bottle, with 30 mg of ubiquinone, coconut MCT, vitamin C and four hormetic botanicals. It makes sense for adults who want to include coenzyme Q10 in their daily routine. Take 1 to 2 capsules per day, with a meal.
With age, intense sports practice or certain medications, Q10 levels in the body can vary. HOLOSNUTRITION®'s Co-Q10 30 mg Plus combines natural coenzyme Q10 in the bioactive form of ubiquinone, 150 mg of coconut MCT oil and a hormetic blend of botanicals — apple cider vinegar with the mother, beetroot, pine bark extract (95% OPC) and black pepper extract (95% piperine). The vitamin C present (64 mg, 80% of NRV) can contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
The formula provides 30 mg of coenzyme Q10 in its bioactive form of ubiquinone, a compound naturally synthesised by the body. It is accompanied by 150 mg of coconut MCT oil (Cocos nucifera) — medium-chain triglycerides that favour the absorption of Q10, a fat-soluble molecule. Black pepper extract (Piper nigrum, 5 mg standardised to 95% piperine) is traditionally recognised for supporting the bioavailability of Q10. Vitamin C (magnesium L-ascorbate, 64 mg) has several authorised claims for cell protection, energy metabolism, immune function and collagen formation.
The hormetic blend also includes 115 mg of apple cider vinegar with the mother, 50 mg of beetroot (Beta vulgaris L.), traditionally rich in betalains, and 25 mg of pine bark extract (Pinus massoniana, standardised to 95% OPC), rich in oligomeric proanthocyanidins. These botanicals are organically grown or wild-harvested, freeze-dried or vacuum-dried. Presented in a glass bottle with a vegetable capsule, without additives, anti-caking agents or fillers.

FAQs
adults seeking cellular energy support—particularly people over 40 (the body’s CoQ10 levels tend to decrease with age), athletes with demanding training, people undergoing statin treatment (which can reduce endogenous CoQ10), or anyone who wants to supplement a cardiovascular and cognitive wellness routine.
Statins, by blocking the mevalonate pathway, can reduce the body's Q10 levels. Many people undergoing treatment incorporate Q10 into a supplementary routine, always with medical advice to validate dosage and duration.
Yes. Sports practice increases cellular energy demand. Coenzyme Q10 is traditionally associated with supporting ATP synthesis, and vitamin C has an authorised claim for normal energy-yielding metabolism and the protection of cells from oxidative stress generated by exercise.
