PREAMBLE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are agreed between NETNATURA UNIPESSOAL LDA, with registered office at Rua José Carlos Vieira Neves, 121, 4475-135 Maia, tax identification number 507 826 027, telephone contact +351 220 147 909 and email address geral@vivasaudavel.pt, hereinafter referred to as "NETNATURA" or "we", and persons who make purchases through the website www.vivasaudavel.pt, hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you".
By visiting, browsing or making purchases on the website www.vivasaudavel.pt, the User declares to have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety.

ITEM 1 – OBJECT
1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale aim to define all the information necessary for the User regarding the methods of ordering, sale, payment and delivery of purchases made on the website www.vivasaudavel.pt.
2. These conditions govern all the necessary steps to place an order and guarantee its tracking between the contracting parties.

ARTICLE 2 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
1. To place an order, the User must:
a) Register on the website www.vivasaudavel.pt, providing the requested information;
b) Log in using the email and password chosen during registration;
c) Complete the necessary information throughout the purchase process: delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) and name for billing purposes.
2. The User is solely responsible for the security of their access credentials and for all activity carried out on their account. The account is personal and non-transferable.
3. The information provided by the User must be true, complete and up-to-date. The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS
1. The User places their order by adding the desired products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.
2. The User's final confirmation of the order is equivalent to full acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3. NETNATURA reserves the right to refuse orders due to out-of-stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent use. If this occurs, the User will be notified by email.
4. NETNATURA will honor orders received up to the limit of available stock. If a product is unavailable, NETNATURA undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
5. Order requests are valid for 7 (seven) days. If payment is not received within this period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or applied to a new order.
6. Purchases made are intended exclusively for personal or domestic use, and commercial resale of purchased products is not permitted.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES AND INVOICING
1. The prices shown are expressed in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force on the date of payment.
2. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price applied will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed, as indicated in the confirmation sent by email.
3. If there is a pricing error or increase after order confirmation, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to keep the order by paying the difference or cancel it with a full refund.
4. Shipping costs are added to the order, according to the table available on the website.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT
1. The website www.vivasaudavel.pt offers the following payment methods, processed through Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento, Lda, or by bank transfer:
a) Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard);
b) Multibanco reference;
c) MB WAY;
d) Bank transfer.
2. In the case of payment by card, the debit is made after confirmation of shipment. If any product is out of stock, the corresponding amount will be credited to the card after the order is closed.
3. The User declares that the payment information provided is true and complete and that they are authorized to use the indicated payment method.

ARTICLE 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. Orders are delivered within a maximum of 7 (seven) business days after payment confirmation, via a carrier designated by NETNATURA.
2. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. NETNATURA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events beyond its control.
3. After the products are transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the User.
4. Upon receiving the order, the User must inspect it immediately. In case of a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you must contact us at geral@vivasaudavel.pt within 48 hours of receipt, describing the problem and providing photographic evidence whenever possible.

ARTICLE 7 – CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the User has a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods, to exercise the right of free termination of the contract, without needing to indicate any reason.
To exercise this right, the User must communicate their decision clearly and unequivocally, via the email address geral@vivasaudavel.pt, within the aforementioned period.
After communication, the User has a further 14 (fourteen) days to return the products to the following address:

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS
For a return to be accepted, the products must be:
• Without signs of use or wear;
• In the original packaging, properly sealed and intact;
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Perishable goods or goods that deteriorate rapidly;
• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, when the packaging has been opened after delivery — including food supplements;
• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or different product than ordered, please contact us at geral@vivasaudavel.pt within 48 hours of receipt. NETNATURA will assess the case and, as provided for in Decree-Law No. 84/2021 of October 18, may offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund.

EXCHANGES
The most effective way to receive the desired product is to return the item and, after acceptance of the return, place a new separate order.

REFUNDS
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which NETNATURA receives the returned product or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, the User must provide proof of bank account ownership so that the refund can be processed by bank transfer.
NETNATURA will notify the User after receiving and inspecting the returned product, confirming the approval or rejection of the refund.

ARTICLE 8 – PRODUCTS
1. NETNATURA makes every effort to present the products with accurate descriptions and representative images. However, the colors or appearance of the products may differ slightly from the images shown on the website, depending on the User's device and screen settings.
2. All product descriptions and specifications are subject to change without notice. NETNATURA reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. The food supplements sold on the website www.vivasaudavel.pt do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. They should not be used as substitutes for medicines or for the purpose of diagnosing or treating diseases. If in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.

ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1. All content present on the website www.vivasaudavel.pt — including texts, images, logos, graphics, videos and design — is the property of NETNATURA or its licensors.
and is protected by applicable intellectual property legislation.
2. The reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any element of the website without the prior written authorization of NETNATURA is expressly prohibited.

ARTICLE 10 – PROHIBITED USES
The User agrees to use the website exclusively for lawful purposes. It is expressly prohibited to:
a) Use the website for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
b) Transmit false or misleading information;
c) Attempt to improperly access third-party systems or data;
d) Use automated means (robots, scrapers or similar) to access or extract content from the website;
e) Commercially resell products purchased on the website.
NETNATURA reserves the right to suspend or cancel the access of any User who violates these conditions.

ARTICLE 11 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. NETNATURA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or the products purchased, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
2. NETNATURA's liability is limited to the value of the order in question, without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights under current Portuguese and European legislation.

ARTICLE 12 – PRIVACY POLICY
The processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679) and applicable national legislation.
The data collected is intended for order processing, communication with the User and, with their consent, for sending commercial and informational communications.
The User is guaranteed the right to access, rectification, portability, opposition and erasure of their personal data, exercisable in writing to geral@vivasaudavel.pt.

ARTICLE 13 – CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NETNATURA reserves the right to update or change these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The changes take effect from the date of their publication on the website. Continued use of the website after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

ARTICLE 14 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Portuguese law.
2. In case of dispute, the User may resort to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities recognized in Portugal, available at www.consumidor.gov.pt, or to the competent Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center.
3. The User may also resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
