National Shipping
Shipments from the website are made throughout the national territory via various carriers.
After payment confirmation, we do everything possible to ship the order on the same day or the next business day (excluding weekends, promotional periods, national holidays in our country and unexpected periods of excessive workload). However, although we keep 95% of our catalog in stock, certain products are obtained directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributor, which may delay your order. If this is the case for your order, you will receive this information by email. Please note that if an order is placed after 1 PM on Friday, it will probably not be dispatched before Monday/Tuesday of the following week.
If any problem arises regarding the order (shipping delay, incorrect delivery address, product specification, out-of-stock products, etc.), we will contact the customer via email. The order will not be shipped until we receive a response or until the defined waiting time expires. If no response is received, the order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded to the customer.
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding local or national holidays, to the delivery address indicated on the order form, and the signature of the person receiving the delivery is collected.
The Vivasaudavel website cannot be held responsible if the delivery address has been incorrectly filled in or corrected after shipment.
National – Islands
Shipments from the Vivasaudavel website to the Madeira and Azores Islands will always be made by CTT (Portuguese postal service).
