The main ingredient is a molecularly distilled fish oil concentrate obtained from anchovy. Each capsule provides EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), the two long-chain omega-3 fatty acids found in oily fish. Mixed sunflower tocopherols are added to protect the oil from oxidation.
