What are buffered vitamin C capsules?
Buffered vitamin C contains high-purity ascorbic acid (vitamin C) together with various mineral carbonates (calcium, magnesium and potassium carbonate), which act as buffers to balance the acidic effect of vitamin C. This improves tolerability and prevents possible acidification of the gastric juice (hyperacidity). Buffered vitamin C is therefore particularly recommended for people with a sensitive stomach or intestine.

Vitamin C also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and nervous system, increases iron absorption and contributes to the normal formation of collagen and the normal functioning of blood vessels, cartilage and skin.
Vitamin C in our diet
Since our body cannot synthesize vitamin C on its own, we have to obtain it completely from food.
Vitamin C is mainly supplied by fruits and vegetables and their juices or smoothies. Citrus fruits, kiwis, berries, strawberries and cabbage are particularly rich in vitamin C.
How to Use: 2 capsules two or three times daily between meals or as directed by a therapist.
