Description
This supplement is the most common form of Inositol, a sugar alcohol found in all plants and animals. It is a natural substance produced in the body and related to B vitamins.
How to use: Add 4g of powder to water or fruit juice and stir. Can be taken at any time of the day.
If you are taking anti-anxiety or tranquilizing medications, high doses of myo-inositol should only be used under medical supervision. It is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.
