Klaire Labs Active B-12 Folate is a food supplement that combines two B-complex vitamins in their methylated forms: folate, as methylfolate, and vitamin B12, as methylcobalamin. Ingredients

  • Folate (methylfolate) — the form of folate that circulates in the body, with no need for conversion from folic acid. Folate is found naturally in green leafy vegetables, pulses and liver.
  • Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) — one of the natural forms of vitamin B12. This vitamin is obtained almost exclusively from foods of animal origin, such as meat, fish, eggs and dairy products.
