Alphagem follows the original method and formulas of Dr. Philippe Andrianne and harvests the buds at the ideal stage of development, stabilizing them fresh at the harvesting site. Each batch is analyzed for flavonoid content, and this macerate is distinguished by the presence of gallic acid.
