Bioavailable Curcumin from Allergy Research Group (formerly called CurcuWIN 500) provides 500 mg of Meriva® Turmeric Phytosome per capsule: turmeric root extract (Curcuma longa) complexed with sunflower phospholipids, with a minimum of 18% curcuminoids.

Phytosome technology combines curcumin with phospholipids which, according to the manufacturer, provides up to 29 times greater curcuminoid availability than standard curcumin. Meriva® is one of the most studied forms of curcumin.

It comes in a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose vegetable capsule and is intended for adults looking for curcumin in a highly bioavailable form.
