Uridine Monophosphate with Folate and B12: Doloctan by Zeinpharma

Uridine monophosphate, active folate and vitamin B12 are the three active ingredients in Zeinpharma’s Doloctan, in vegetable capsules. Each capsule, which is the daily dose, provides 50 mg of uridine monophosphate, 400 µg of folate in the form of methyltetrahydrofolate (Quatrefolic®) and 3 µg of vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin. Simply take one capsule a day with water.

Uridine monophosphate is a nucleotide, that is, one of the units that make up RNA. Folate and vitamin B12 are B vitamins, included here in methylated forms. The formula uses a vegetable capsule made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, is suitable for vegetarians and is manufactured in Germany. The manufacturer recommends taking it regularly over an extended period.
