DigeZyme® Digestive Enzymes, Betaine HCl and Bromelain Capsules — NPRO

Enzimdigest is a food supplement in capsules that combines the DigeZyme® multi-enzyme complex, betaine hydrochloride, the enzymes bromelain and papain, Tolerase® L lactase and extracts of aromatic plants. The pack contains 60 capsules and the values given refer to 2 capsules, with a total enzyme blend of 780 mg. Ingredients

  • DigeZyme® multi-enzyme complex — 400 mg; provides alpha-amylase (9600 U), protease (2400 U), cellulase (80 U), lactase (1600 U) and lipase (400 U).
  • Betaine hydrochloride — 332 mg; the acid form of betaine, a compound found in beetroot.
  • Bromelain (Ananas comosus L.) — 450 GDU; an enzyme obtained from pineapple.
  • Papain (Carica papaya L.) — 18000 TU; an enzyme obtained from papaya.
  • Fumitory (Fumaria officinalis, aerial parts) — 100 mg dry extract 10:1.
  • Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare, fruit) — 100 mg dry extract with 1% essential oil.
  • Chamomile (Matricaria recutita, flower) — dry extract providing 2.5 mg of apigenin.
  • Tolerase® L — 2000 ALU of beta-galactosidase (lactase).

Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), with rice starch. Papain may contain traces of sulphites and sulphur dioxide.
