The formula is based on concentrated marine lipids: fish oil from sardine and/or anchovy, purified by molecular distillation. The oil provides EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), with more EPA than DHA. Vitamin E, in the form of sunflower D-alpha-tocopherol, completes the list and helps maintain the stability of the oil. The softgel is made of animal-derived gelatin, with glycerin and purified water.

It makes sense for those who want a fish oil omega-3 with more EPA per softgel than usual, during phases of greater attention to diet or when oily fish is scarce on the menu.
