ERGYFLEX provides collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin and hyaluronic acid, components of cartilage and skin. It is rich in vitamin C, which contributes to the formation of collagen, ensuring the normal functioning of cartilage, bones and skin, and is also rich in manganese, which participates in the formation of connective tissue.

How to Use: 1 sachet per day diluted in a glass of water (100 ml) during a meal, preferably in a shaker.
