This extract contains 20% green propolis in cereal alcohol, in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Propolis is a resin that bees collect from plants and use to protect the hive; green propolis comes primarily from the *alecrim-do-campo* (*Baccharis dracunculifolia*). It can be taken orally, diluted, or used externally.
