ZeinPharma's Iron with Vitamin C 14 mg combines ferrous fumarate with acerola fruit extract in a gastro-resistant vegetable capsule. Each capsule provides 14 mg of iron, i.e., 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value, and 34 mg of naturally sourced vitamin C. It is a once-daily formula, suitable for vegans according to the manufacturer.

Ferrous fumarate is an organic iron salt, and acerola is a tropical fruit naturally rich in vitamin C. The capsule, made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and gellan gum, is gastro-resistant and should not be opened. The formula, manufactured in Germany, contains no magnesium stearate and is taken once a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
