Ingredients

  • Ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale) — 120 mg per capsule, a 120:1 extract equivalent to 14,400 mg of root, providing 24 mg of gingerols. Ginger is a rhizome that has been used for centuries as a spice in Asian and Mediterranean cooking.
  • Sunflower oil — the carrier in which the extract is dissolved; the extract is obtained as a dark paste, a method that preserves volatile compounds such as gingerols and zingerone.

Capsule shell made from modified starch, glycerol and carrageenan, with iron oxide colour. Also contains silicon dioxide as an anti-caking agent.
