Be-Life's Hair & Nail combines these minerals with biotin and other B-complex vitamins, amino acids such as L-cystine, and extracts of horsetail and nettle. It all fits into a single vegetarian capsule, free from gluten and lactose, which is easy to add to your morning routine.

The minerals are in organic forms, such as zinc pidolate, selenomethionine, and copper bisglycinate, and vitamins B6 and B9 in the forms of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate and methylfolate. L-cystine, L-lysine, L-arginine, taurine, MSM, and inositol complete the formula, while horsetail and nettle provide silica.
