The formula brings together 12 bacterial strains of human origin: Ligilactobacillus salivarius, Lactobacillus gasseri, Limosilactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus johnsonii, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-14, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GG, Bifidobacterium longum ssp. infantis, Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis (two strains), Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium breve, and Bifidobacterium longum ssp. longum. The formula is completed by chicory root inulin and larch arabinogalactan. It does not contain vitamins or minerals.

The vegetable capsule has a water-based enteric coating designed to pass through the stomach and release its contents in the intestine.
