It is 100% organic blue agave inulin, with no excipients, additives, or animal-derived ingredients. USDA Organic certified, Non-GMO Project verified, and produced by NOW Foods in GMP facilities in the USA.

Inulin is a soluble fiber of the fructooligosaccharide (FOS) type: it is not digested in the small intestine and reaches the large intestine, where it can serve as food for the bacteria living there. Each 227 g jar provides about 81 servings.

How to start

  • Start with 1 teaspoon per day and gradually increase to 3, as tolerated.
