Zeinpharma Magnesium Acetyl Taurate 750 mg is a food supplement containing magnesium bound to acetyltaurine, in the form of the ATA Mg® ingredient. Each vegetable capsule provides 750 mg of magnesium acetyl taurate, including 45 mg of magnesium. The daily dose of two capsules provides 1500 mg of the compound and 90 mg of magnesium, or 24% of the NRV.

Magnesium is an essential mineral that we obtain mainly from legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains. In this form, magnesium is combined with acetyltaurine, a derivative of taurine. The formula contains no oxides, stearates or bulking agents, is suitable for vegans and is manufactured in Germany. Take two capsules a day between meals.
