NOW Foods Magnesium Glycinate contains 1000 mg of Albion® TRAACS® chelated magnesium bisglycinate per tablet. With 2 tablets per day, you receive 200 mg of magnesium. In bisglycinate, the magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine, a form generally well tolerated by the stomach.
