Methylated B vitamin complex tablets — Lamberts

Methyl B Complex by Lamberts is a food supplement of B-complex vitamins, presented in tablets, in a pack of 60 tablets. It provides folate as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (Quatrefolic®), vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P) and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, together with the other B vitamins, inositol and choline. It may suit those looking for a complete B complex in a single tablet. Vitamins B6 and B12 and folate may contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system; thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid may contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Ingredients

  • Thiamin (vitamin B1) — 25 mg per tablet.
  • Riboflavin (vitamin B2) — 28 mg per tablet.
  • Niacin (vitamin B3) — 32 mg per tablet.
  • Vitamin B6 (P5P) — 12 mg per tablet, as pyridoxal-5-phosphate.
  • Folate (Quatrefolic®) — 200 µg per tablet, as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate.
  • Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) — 300 µg per tablet.
  • Biotin — 250 µg per tablet.
  • Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) — 50 mg per tablet.
  • Inositol and choline — 30 mg of each per tablet, nutrients commonly associated with the B complex.

Excipients: modified starch, cellulose, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and glycerol. Yeast-free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
