Hifas da Terra Mico Five is a food supplement in capsules combining extracts of five mushrooms with Chaga (Inonotus obliquus), in a pack of 70 capsules. The formula has a 12:1 concentration and declares its content of polysaccharides, triterpenoids and ergosterol, a mushroom sterol also known as provitamin D2.
