Ingredients

  • Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) — the form of vitamin D the skin produces with sun exposure, also found in foods such as oily fish and egg yolk.
  • Folate as Quatrefolic® — the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, an already methylated form of folate.
  • Vitamin and mineral complex — broad-spectrum, iron-free formula.
