Folate can contribute to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, and iron helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. The nutrients are present in active forms, such as methylfolate, methylcobalamin, and iron bisglycinate.

The formula combines minerals (magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, iodine, and selenium) with vitamins A, B-complex, C, D3, and E, with quinoa powder. Vitamin A is derived from natural beta-carotene. Gluten-free and lactose-free.
