Black cumin (Nigella sativa) is a plant in the ranunculaceae family, with a long tradition of use in the cuisine and traditional practices of the Middle East and North Africa. The seed oil is rich in linoleic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid. Manufactured in Germany, it is taken in two doses of 3 capsules, after breakfast and lunch.
