Fish oil is the best-known way to add omega-3 fatty acids to your routine when oily fish does not appear on your plate regularly. Be-Life's Omega 3 Magnum provides these fatty acids in soft capsules, with EPA and DHA, from Friend of the Sea certified fisheries. With two capsules, EPA and DHA can contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. The oil is protected by natural antioxidants, obtained from tocopherols, rosemary, and oregano, and the product is gluten and lactose-free.
