Sulphur is a mineral present in all living beings and is part of amino acids such as methionine and cysteine. Be-Life's Opti-MSM 800 provides MSM, or methylsulfonylmethane, a sulphur-containing compound that exists in small amounts in many foods. It is a simple way to add this compound to your routine, with a short formula and a vegetable capsule. The formula contains only methylsulfonylmethane, cellulose, and an anti-caking agent. The product is vegan and free from gluten and lactose, which makes it easy to integrate into different diets.

About a third of the MSM molecule is sulphur. The capsule is of vegetable origin.
