It's not always easy to eat fatty fish two to three times a week. Between busy schedules, eating out, and dietary preferences, fish often gets left out — and with it, one of the main dietary sources of omega-3. Allergy Research Group's EPA Fish Oil was designed for this reality: a concentrated daily dose in two softgel capsules, taken with a meal, without changing habits or adding to your routine. The raw material comes from anchovies from the coastal waters of Peru and undergoes molecular distillation. Each batch is analyzed by an external laboratory for purity and heavy metals.

EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are long-chain omega-3 fatty acids of marine origin. The human body converts very little of these acids from plant sources, so diet — or supplementation — is the practical way to obtain them. In this formula, both come from concentrated anchovy fish oil, a small, short-cycle fish. The rest of the composition consists of the capsule shell: gelatin, glycerin, and purified water. There are no flavorings, colorings, or sweeteners on the list.

Molecular distillation is the industrial process that separates and concentrates fatty acids, reducing unwanted compounds present in crude oil. External laboratory analysis of each batch focuses on purity, freshness, and heavy metals. These are characteristics of the process and origin, not health benefits.

How it fits in
