Zeinpharma B Complex with the eight B vitamins in a plant-based capsule

Zeinpharma B Complex is a food supplement that combines the eight B vitamins in a single plant-based capsule: thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin B6, biotin, folic acid and vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin. One capsule a day provides between 127% and 475% of the NRV of each vitamin.

B vitamins are water-soluble and the body does not store them in large quantities, so they should be obtained regularly through diet. The formula is manufactured in Germany, without magnesium stearate, and is suitable for vegans. One capsule a day, preferably with a meal, simplifies the routine.
