Folate, also known as vitamin B9, is found in green leafy vegetables, legumes, and whole grains. Be-Life’s Vitamin B9 500 provides folate in the form of methylfolate, combined with spirulina, in an acid-resistant vegetable capsule. Folate can contribute to the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to the normal functioning of the immune system. Spirulina is a microalgae traditionally consumed in various regions of the world. The formula contains only these two ingredients and the product is vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free.

The folate is in the form of methylfolate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate). Spirulina contains phycocyanins and chlorophyll. Contains naturally occurring sulphites.
