During the colder months, the throat and voice are among the first to feel the change in weather. Alphagem’s Breathing Syrup is a plant-based syrup inspired by traditional recipes, traditionally prepared using elderflower syrup, with eucalyptus, elecampane, lungwort, mullein, comfrey, ginger, barley, black poplar bark, honey and myrtle essential oil, with organically grown ingredients.

The elderflower gives it a pleasant taste, while the other plants are traditionally used in throat care routines. Take one teaspoon one to five times a day; the 200 ml bottle lasts the whole season.
