Zinc and copper contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and to the protection of cells from unwanted oxidation, and zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails. One daily dose with meals, in a formula suitable for vegetarians and vegans, gluten-free and lactose-free.
