Alpha-ketoglutaric acid (AKG) is a ketone derivative of the organic compound glutaric acid. It plays an essential role in the proper metabolism of all essential amino acids and in the transfer of cellular energy in the citric acid cycle.
It is a precursor of glutamic acid.
How to Use : 1 Capsule per day or as prescribed by your doctor.
